Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Ensure all components are securely packed in their original packaging; for large building kits, please ensure the pallet is stabilized for freight transport.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a pickup via our freight partners or provide you with a shipping label for smaller hardware items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the inventory and condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
